Off-the-Shoulder Smocked Dress — 3D Character Asset

This 3D off-the-shoulder smocked dress was modeled and textured specifically to meet real-time game production standards. The main focus of the project was capturing the tightly compressed folds of the smocked torso and the flowing ruffles along the edges while maintaining a highly optimized low-poly wireframe that deforms cleanly during character animation. The model features a clean, non-overlapping UV layout to maximize texture resolution across the fabric. Authored with a standard PBR metallic/roughness workflow, the asset includes several color maps—including rust orange, royal blue, cream, purple, and olive green—making it easy to swap variants or integrate into a real-time character customization system.
